Today, Her Majesty the Queen of Spain met with the board of directors of the Spanish Federation of Rare Diseases (FEDER) of which she is honorary president.
Queen Letizia arrived for the meeting at the Madrid-based headquarters of FEDER wearing a mix of familiar Hugo Boss pieces.
The look is a mash-up of the two autumnal outfits below. Letizia debuted the one on the left in October of last year for a meeting with the Spanish Mental Health Confederation, and the ensemble on the right was worn on Day 2 of the royal visit of Portugal.
Queen Letizia dispensed of the beige blouse and teamed the BOSS 'Maluka' Skirt with her fiery red Hugo Boss 'Fabrisia' pure wool sweater (shown in blue).
The oatmeal collarless coat with a concealed snap button front is reportedly by Hugo Boss, but unfortunately I have been unable to identify the style.
Letizia carried her men's style Hugo Boss Jackson_S doc leather bag.
On her feet she wore a pair of vintage-inspired camel leather block heels which are reportedly from Uterque (unconfirmed).
Her Majesty finished the perfectly coordinated look with her Bimba Y Lola gold hammered-effect hoop earrings.
