The King and Queen of Spain had joint back-to-back engagements today. Their Majesties first held an audience at Zarzuela Palace with the medical and scientific societies attending the 44th National Congress of the Spanish Academy of Dermatology and Venereology.
Following this, they traveled to the headquarters of the Royal Spanish Academy (SAR) for a plenary meeting with SAR members.
Today, the Queen of Spain continued her fondness for monochromatic style.
Here's a look back at some of her more recent black and white ensembles.
Today, Queen Letizia premiered a white box-pleated skirt featuring a black contrast trim. I have searched the inventory of her go-to designers and brands but have come up empty. If anyone can identify the skirt, please let me know!
Letizia also wore a new black knit sweater. I initially thought it was her Hugo Boss 'Fayna' cashmere sweater but the images below shows the difference in the neckline between the two sweaters.
On her feet were her bespoke black patent straight-vamp pumps by Magrit.
She carried a black clutch, but there are still no detailed photos of the bag.
Today, she paired the Mother of Pearl cluster studs with onyx drops (€61).
Letizia complimented her feminine look with a pretty pony-tail.
