Queen Letizia attended the closing ceremony of the X edition of the “Promociona Project" on Wednesday in Madrid.
The Promociona Project has been training women managers for a decade to provide them with the necessary knowledge and skills to reach senior management positions in companies and raising awareness about the benefits of female leadership.

The King & Queen of Spain undertook their first public engagement of 2023 on Friday.
Their Majesties presided over the traditional celebration of the Pascua Militar, which is deeply rooted in the Spanish military and dates back to 1782 during the reign of Carlos III. The ceremony is held annually on the day of Epiphany at the Royal Palace of Madrid.
Following the parade, King Felipe and Queen Letizia made their way to the Throne Room within the Palace to meet officials from the Government, the Ministry of Defence and the Civil Guard.
Queen Letizia wore her red Felipe Varela column gown with her black Carolina Herrera wool cape. and red Magrit leather pumps.
