On Thursday, Queen Letizia held multiple audiences at Zarzuela Palace.
She began by meeting with representatives of the "Weaving Networks. Wool. A Disappearing Heritage" project, which seeks to leverage the Madrid Design Festival to raise awareness about the challenges facing Spain’s wool industry.
Next, she engaged with members of the Brain Advisory Council, who introduced the Spanish Brain Plan, focused on safeguarding brain health through research, prevention, care, and monitoring to combat related diseases.
Finally, Queen Letizia met with representatives from the ANAR Foundation to learn more about their efforts to protect and promote the rights of vulnerable children and adolescents.

On Tuesday, King Felipe and Queen Letizia commemorated International Romani Day with a special event held at Spain’s Congress of Deputies in Madrid. The ceremony also marked 600 years since the Romani people's arrival in the Iberian Peninsula—a milestone year for one of Spain’s most vibrant communities.

During her visit, Queen Letizia toured various facilities, including the magnetic resonance imaging room, the transcranial magnetic stimulation room, and the child neurodevelopment study area. She engaged with researchers and observed ongoing studies, highlighting her commitment to advancing scientific research and healthcare.
