Queen Letizia attended a conference today focused on "women in senior management" at the BBVA Auditorium in downtown Madrid.
Her Majesty was given a front row seat at the conference where she listened to the progress of the "Promote Project" which she helped launched in 2013 to encourage and enable a greater presence of women in senior management positions in companies.
Queen Letizia recovered the charcoal grey Nina Ricci wool separates for her engagement in the Spanish capital. She first wore the ensemble for the Velázquez Visual Arts Prize in November 2014, and it was also her maiden piece from the French designer.
Letizia again accessorized the dark wool suit with her beige Malababa 'Minihontas' bag featuring a large genuine agate centerpiece. The handbag is crafted from lambskin leather and has a relaxed puckered structure.
On her feet Letizia wore the Magrit pewter leather pumps and finished the look with her trusty TOUS cultured freshwater pearl drop earrings which have have again become her favorite. She has worn the classic pearl drops on three out of her four appearances this month.

This evening, the King and Queen of Spain delivered the XXXIII edition of the "Francisco Cerecedo" Journalism Award at the Hotel Ritz in Madrid.
The purpose of the annual award is to honor journalists who battle the pressures and influences of power, and promote freedom of expression.
Queen Letizia arrived at the hotel lobby wearing her black Carolina Herrera fur neck cape.
The piece is from the designer's current CH Fall 2016 collection. Her Majesty recently debuted the stole on the eve of the Princess of Asturias Awards 2016.
Queen Letizia has favored a dark palette for this event since 2004. For her first attendance as a newly crowned princess, Letizia wore a brown brocade coat. From 2005 it has become somewhat of tradition for Letizia to wear black to this awards ceremony. She was absent in 2006 having just given birth to her first child, Leonor.
Tonight she sported a new edgy black leather top by Uterque and paired it with her conventional black Hugo Boss trousers.
The Uterque nappa peplum top (£215) offers a tailored cut with cropped long sleeves and a round neck. It features silver-toned metallic studs on the collar, cuffs and waist.
Letizia coordinated her vamped-up style with a matching black studded bag also by Uterque which she premiered in May for the final of the Copa del Rey. On her feet she wore her trusty Magrit 'Mila' patent leather pumps.
Letizia softened her biker-chic vibe with a Chelsea blowout, smokey eyes and glossy red lips.
She accessorized with her modern circles link earrings whose origin remains unknown.

The King and Queen of Spain had a rare joint engagement today.
They arrived at the Royal Palace of Aranjuez in Madrid for the opening session of the International Symposium on Carlos III, commemorating the 300th anniversary of the birth of the Spanish king.
Queen Letizia opted to wear a familiar combination of her Hugo Boss BOSS Fashion Show 'FS_Jesila' blazer and BOSS 'Vapina' Scribble-Print Skirt.
We first saw her in this ensemble during a State visit to Germany in 2014, and then again exactly one year later for the Justice & Disability Forum awards. She also favored the outfit for the annual Forum Against Cancer earlier this year.
Today she teamed the separates with her natural white Hugo Boss 'Banora' blouse.
Letizia carried her BOSS 'Bespoke T. Handle M' bag and on her feet she wore her simple Magrit black leather pumps.
The queen wore her hair in a sleek, straight style with a dead-centre part - a look we haven't seen her sport since February 2015 at the National Culture Awards!

Queen Letizia mixes new and old Carolina Herrera pieces to receive audiences at Zarzuela Palace4/11/2016
The Queen of Spain welcomed audiences to the Palace of Zarzuela today.
Her Majesty first received representatives from the Spanish magazine Mía on the occasion of their 30th anniversary.
This was followed by an audience with representatives from the ‘one toy, one dream’ charity campaign which raises money to buy toys to send to children living in Third World countries.
For the occasion Queen Letizia debuted a pair of grey high-waisted trousers by Carolina Herrera (as identified by the logo hardware on the waist).
She teamed the cuffed wide-leg trousers with her red Carolina Herrera crosshatch houndstooth blouse.
The patterned blouse has never been worn outside of the palace, and it has been a favorite for audience attendances since Letizia first wore in January this year.
On her feet she wore a new pair of grey felt block heels. They are the Uterque 'Fabric High Heel shoes' (£95.00) designed with a pointed toe and fabric covered chunky flared heel.
The queen opted for layers of relaxed curls and finished the look with her TOUS cultured freshwater pearl drop earrings.
