On Tuesday, King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain received a farewell with honors at Madrid-Barajas Airport as they departed for a four-day State Visit to the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Invited by the President of Egypt, the couple’s first State visit to the African nation aims to enhance relations between the two countries, which were elevated to a Strategic Partnership following President Al Sisi’s visit to Spain in February this year. The trip also represents an opportunity to further strengthen the deep historical, political, economic, cultural, scientific, and human ties that unite Egypt and Spain.
Queen Letizia chose a light blue Hugo Boss pantsuit for the departure, featuring the HUGO 'Asmalla' Jacket and HUGO 'Himia' Trousers.
She carried her black Carolina Herrera Doma Insignia Medium Satchel Bag and her Hugo Boss Cat-Eye Sunglasses.
