On Saturday, Infanta Sofía celebrated a significant milestone, graduating from UWC Atlantic College in Wales. The ceremony, held at the historic St Donat’s Castle, marked the completion of her two-year International Baccalaureate program.

Joined by her parents, King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia, Sofía received her diploma in a heartfelt “Leavers Celebration,” surrounded by peers from 58 nationalities.

The event reflected the college’s mission to foster international understanding through education, a path also followed by her sister, Princess Leonor, who graduated in 2023. Unable to attend due to her ongoing naval training, Leonor shared a heartfelt video message, expressing her pride and affection for Sofía.
This graduation marks a new chapter for the 18-year-old Infanta, second in line to the Spanish throne, as she prepares for future academic pursuits, possibly abroad, with no military training planned. The day was a proud moment for the Spanish royal family, showcasing their close bond.
