On Tuesday, Queen Letizia marked World Cancer Research Day in Salamanca in her role as Honorary President of the Spanish Association Against Cancer and its Scientific Foundation.
She began the day with a visit to the Cancer Research Center, which focuses on advancing excellence in cancer research across basic, clinical, and translational fields.
Afterward, Queen Letizia attended the official World Cancer Research Day event held at the University of Salamanca.
Queen Letizia stepped out today in her white Massimo Dutti longline tweed jacket, paired with her black Hugo Boss ‘Hervas’ trousers — a chic combination she first debuted in March 2023 at the Princess of Girona Foundation Business Award. She elevated the look today with the addition of a black Hugo Boss wide waist belt, adding structure and definition to the ensemble.
She wore her Sézane Paula Babies Pump in Black Patent.
Queen Letizia finished the look with a pair of unidentified pearl drop hoop earrings, first seen in February 2023.

This is a good look to transition into fall. I checked the wearing in 2023 and I prefer the jacket then, without the heavy belt, which tends to cut the Queen in half. Choice of shoes and earrings work well.

I have to say I like this look better with the belt, maybe gives her figure more definition? But overall, a good look with the slimmer pant.

I love this jacket, its great to see the rewear. I prefer it with the belt, it defines the jacket well. I prefer these black pants, the length is good, and not baggy. Love the black shoes, her earrings perfect choice.

The longline Massimo Dutti jacket looks really well on this outing and the black and white outfit suitably sober for a Cancer Research meeting. The black belt really lifts the outfit and helps the jacket sit well over the slim leg pants.
