Their day began at the Monastery of Santa Maria de Montserrat, where they attended the central event marking the 1,000th anniversary of the abbey's founding. Established in 1025 by Abbot Oliba de Ripoll, the monastery is a revered spiritual and cultural symbol in Catalonia.

Later, the royal couple visited Badia del Vallès to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the housing estate that marked the city's inception. During their visit, they toured the city hall, engaged with youth at the "Espai Jove" (Youth Space), and inaugurated a participatory mural honoring the residents of Barcelona. This mural celebrates the community's history, particularly the influx of migrants from other parts of Spain in the 1970s.

I really like this look. Denim is a classic fabric, not only used for jeans. In a dress it gives both a casual and a smart vibe. I especially like the top stitching that provides the vertical lines. Red shoes and purse are an asset to any wardrobe. They really do add interest to a navy, grey, or black outfit. Letizia's earrings add a statement.

Its splendid to see a rewear of this beautiful dress, I love it! I like everything about it. The seam adds definition overall. The skirt has plenty of swish. The red accessories are perfect. The shoes are gorgeous, I think the Queen has a black pair, they must be comfortable for her feet. Love the Olivia bag. The waterfall earrings are beautiful, unusual and striking.

I love this Herrera dress and am delighted to see it again. It fits like a glove and I love how the traditional orange stitching on most denim is incorporated here as a stripe pattern. The fitted bodice and full flare skirt are beautifully done.

I think it's a good idea to switch up the look with red accessories, though I'm a little tired of seeing these Sezanne Paula Babies pumps as they speak to me of shoes for elderly expanding feet. But then I'm normally happy with clunky footwear for a change and think I must get over this one. They are a savvy compromise in the quest for low smart heels.

The red Olive Mareque Olivia bag looks enormous when Letizia cradles it, but then a girl needs a good hold-all for all her necessaries. I like the basic design of the new Pertegez Geometric Waterfall Earrings, and think it a good idea to pick out the gold striping on the dress fabric, but also feel they are a little large for a busy outfit. Overall it's a smashing outfit for a sunny day of visiting.
