Organized by FundéuRAE and the San Millán de la Cogolla Foundation, this year's event was titled The Language of Wars: How to Report on Conflict, gathered journalists, war correspondents, and language experts to explore topics like the impact of new technologies on war reporting, the use of euphemisms, and the influence of war vocabulary on other fields like health and sports.

I really dislike this very dull, masculine suit and the clunky, masculine shoes. Letizia has the ability to look feminine and pretty. Being professional does not necessitate dressing like a man.

The overall look is business like, but stylish. I don't mind this look for a change, the pantsuit fits well. I like the black top and accessories. The earrings are pretty.

Leitizia's grey Mango pantsuit is suitably sober for meeting with war correspondents. It's a shame that the Queen seems to be veering towards the heaviness of flares on trousers as I don't think the extra fabric suits her.

Her serious theme is ably backed by her black layer top plus black accessories, the trousers giving her further excuse to wear comfy UFO loafers. The black Mango overcoat continues to give good service and the repeat CH satchel bag is another serviceable favourite of the Queen's. The Singularu Zinnia earrings are a sweet touch of something that gleams.
