The suits looks too drab and masculine. It needs something to uplift it.
There is really no need for the matching vest inside. It contributes nothing to the overall outfit. A bright camisole, turtleneck or interesting print top would help tremendously. Some jewelry also wouldn't hurt.

The Mango three-piece is a serviceable work outfit, and definitely gives a business vibe. It fits well, the jacket is nicely waisted, and the ensemble is nicely completed with the black under-layer.

It's a welcome excuse to wear clunky black loafers from Massimo Dutti, though the effect is perhaps a touch too heavy given how sober all the grey tweed is.

The Boira Glass Drop Earrings are a welcome touch of femininity, though they continue the heavy grey theme, a spot of colour here would not have gone amiss. But, no matter when Letizia is perfectly turned out for an FAD Board of Trustees meeting

She wears this three piece suit well, but its too masculine looking for my tastes. The vest helps to make this look as such. The black loafers add to the heaviness of the overall look.
