Queen Letizia Brings Edgy Style to Solo de Ciencia Final

On Thursday, Queen Letizia attended the national final of the Ibero-American science monologue competition "Solo de Ciencia" at the Fernando de Rojas Theatre in Madrid’s Círculo de Bellas Artes.

The event, organized by the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT), aims to train and encourage researchers to engage in science communication from the early stages of their careers. Finalists, all from scientific backgrounds, performed three-minute monologues to explain scientific concepts in a humorous and entertaining way.

This outfit is elegant in it's simplicity. The wide leg pants look great with the cropped leather top. Together they create a flattering silhouette.

I am not a lover of black leather, as it always reminds me of a biker. Letizia must be wearing something under this top, as no midriff shows and the pants do not go that high. From the first photo, the pants looks like a skirt, so they are a clever way to be comfortable, while looking quite formal. Purse, shoes and earring are on point.

Love this boxy leather top on Letizia, didn't know it came from the & Other Stories stable till came here. It's just classic Letizia, simple, uncluttered, but with a big contemporary edge in the leather and short length. And snappily teamed with the high waist Sybilla trousers, so full in the leg they look like a skirt and perfect for evening.

The black Armani Chevron Velvet Clutch is another great pick, adding texture to liven up adjacent plain fabrics. The Massimo Dutti kitten heel slingbacks accommodate elegance and comfort and the big Singularu Gold Hoops are an assured final touch, quietly teasing boho against the formal black.

I love this outfit. The Leather tee shirt I really like and she wears this beautifully. The pants imo work in well with the top. Love her black clutch. The earrings are beautiful, love these gold hoops.
