Following a presentation by the company, Queen Letizia toured the design studio, pattern-making area, leather warehouse, and factory floor, gaining insight into the craftsmanship behind the brand.
For the occasion, Queen Letizia debuted a new ensemble, pairing a navy Falconeri Crew Neck Ultrafine Cashmere Jumper (£200) with a Bimba y Lola Checked Wool A-line Skirt in Dark Khaki (US$280).

She aptly championed the brand by wearing their ‘Xantia’ style, a slouchy black leather boot retailing for €550.

To finish the look, Queen Letizia opted for gold hoop earrings and a chunky curb-link necklace, adding a bold yet polished accent to the outfit.

I think this outfit doesn't showcase the boots to their best advantage.
The long skirt is hitting the boot at the ankle making it look unflattering. I think they might look better if a shorter skirt showed off the entire boot.
In any case the outfit is very dull and matronly.

I like this outfit, I feel its appropriate for this visit. The skirt is flared which I like, good movement. I don't mind the boots, with this skirt. The necklace is a welcome addition, its nice to see her wear one of substance. I like the gold hooped earrings, nicely combined.

I find the diagonal raw edge seams on the Bimba y Lola skirt quite fascinating and I like how the check pattern gets quietly mixed up while Letizia can still a boast a classic A-line skirt. I think that adds edge to the classic. I like the simple plain crew neck with it and the fun chunky necklace is a great enlivening touch, likewise the hoop earrings.

I would question the style of the boots, though. The slouchy style adds too much bulk for me where I'd prefer a smoother line to offset the idiosyncrasy of the skirt. But a great outfit for the craft visit.

I think the addition of chunky gold jewellery keeps the look from veering into what Sandy describes as “dull and matronly.” The bold accessories inject warmth and modernity, while the fluid movement of the skirt add visual interest and dimension to the overall silhouette.

Yes, I forgot to mention that the gold necklace is very bold and attractive.
