On Wednesday, Queen Letizia commemorated World Red Cross and Red Crescent Day with an event at the Romea Theatre in Murcia.

The occasion serves to acknowledge the contributions of Red Cross and Red Crescent staff and volunteers, who save lives and assist vulnerable communities around the world. During the event, Queen Letizia presented the 2024 Spanish Red Cross Gold Medals and delivered the keynote address.

I like the creative use of the buttons placed on the sides of these trousers. They accessorize the outfit without having to wear jewelry. The blouse is also unusual.

These Navy pants fit better, love them! The buttons are really effective, adding interest to otherwise plain navy pants. The length are perfect. The HB white blouse, I love. Interesting details at the neckline, bodice, lovely. Her shoes look good with this outfit.

This is a winning combination for Letizia, the Sezanne wide leg sailor pants have blended nicely with the softly pleated white Hugo Boss top to produce a classic silhouette. The high waist of the pants helps offset the wide legs which come together in the manner of a full length skirt.

The bold brass buttons are an eye-catching addition. I especially like how cleverly a knot feature has been worked into the neck of the blouse, but we have none of the flapping ends of so many tie bow necklines. The bracelet sleeves are a nice touch. Love the twisted gold hoop earrings.
