On Wednesday, Queen Letizia held audiences at Zarzuela Palace.
Her Majesty first received a delegation from the Spanish Society for Palliative Care, an organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for patients with advanced illnesses and their families.
The Queen then held an audience with the coordinators of "Project Cassandra", a pioneering lung cancer screening initiative.
Afterward she received a delegation from the European Association against Leukodystrophies in Spain on the occasion of its 25th anniversary.
Later that afternoon, Queen Letizia paid a private visit to the funeral chapel at Madrid’s Plaza de la Villa to honor the memory of celebrated journalist Raúl del Pozo, who passed away yesterday at 89.
For the day’s outings, Queen Letizia styled her APRAMP pussy-bow blouse with her Pomandère Micro Vichy Patterned Trousers.
The black patch-pocket blazer she wore to the chapel was first worn in March 2022 but was never identified.
Letizia's accessories included the Carolina Herrera Victoria Insignia Satchel Bag and Nina Ricci SNR006-0700 Sunglasses.
On her feet were the Pons Quintana 'Elena' heeled loafers.
She finished the look with good hoop earrings.

This is a very unflattering outfit on Letizia. The bow is big and messy looking. The pants are very baggy and ballooning on the legs. The colours are dull and drab. It looks even worse with the long blazer which seems to accentuate the worst features of both pieces. All of these clothes are too big for her frame.

I am sorry, but this outfit is extremely unattractive. It manages to make HM who has a wonderful figure look frumpy; the excess fabric in the trousers adds nonexistent weight esp in the rear end and the waistline makes her appear extremely shortwaisted. The blouse bow is way too large and unflattering as well. Like the shoes and purse. Lately HM has been less than wonderfully styled. Don't know what changed, but its been less successful lately.

Too much of everything....too much material and floppiness in the bow, too much fabric in the baggy pants, too much clunkiness in the shoes.

She looks professional and well put together, but these pants imo are too baggy, I realise this is the current trend, but these are too much. The pussy bow blouse is quite attractive. Her shoes in this instance work in well. Love the bag.

I believe it's the same one she wore at the World Food Day event in Rome:

A sober outfit for a sober day but lightened by the pale cream blouse and its feminine bow plus the relatively pale check print of her trousers. The Apramp blouse is graceful and charming and sits well over the Pomandere trousers which are cleverly shaped to be full at the waist but tapering down to the ankle, preventing too much bagginess.
