On Thursday, Queen Letizia held a meeting with the Spanish Federation of Rare Diseases (FEDER) at the charity's headquarters in Madrid.
The meeting focused on the organisation’s key challenges and objectives for 2026, as well as the progress and achievements achieved in 2025.
Queen Letizia opted for an understated business look, pairing her black Hugo Boss ‘Alitas’ jacket with grey separates.
Both the knit top and trousers are new. The sweater is the Falconeri Ultrafine Cashmere Turtleneck, while the trousers remain unidentified.
The black leather Hugo Boss ‘Ley-D’ belt neatly tied the look together.
On her feet were the Massimo Dutti Heeled Loafers.
Tiny diamond stud earrings added a subtle finishing touch.

While very professional and business like, this outfit is also dull. Imagine how much a red turtle neck would lift the look. Actually any colour would help.

Agreed Laura. It's so easy to liven up this dull look.

The HB black jacket is quite lovely, design, cut and fit. I liked it the first time she wore this jacket. Beautifully tailored. The Cashmere turtleneck would be very warm. The pants are a good fit and length, I'm not sure of the color.

You make a valid point that the memorial service took place on the same day as this engagement, so it was fitting for Queen Letizia to maintain a subdued look throughout the day.

Of course, I didn't realize that this was the case. Letizia is appropriately dressed for a national day of mourning.
