On Wednesday, Queen Letizia presided over the Second Tribute to Nursing, held this year under the theme “Caring for the Mind is Caring for Life.”
The event brought together healthcare professionals, experts and institutions to discuss one of the field’s major current challenges: mental health care and the essential role nurses play in providing comprehensive patient care.
For the occasion in Madrid, Queen Letizia revisited her Carolina Herrera shirt dress, featuring a bold fuchsia floral print against an ivory Crepe de Chine background.
She complemented the floral dress with her white Furla Metropolis Shoulder Bag and Sézane Paula Babies in White Lacquer.
The Queen's Gold & Roses 'Luzia' Stars Earrings added the perfect finishing touch to this feminine ensemble.

That is one very bold Herrera print which I can admire from a royal point of view as being stand-out and making it easy to spy a petite Queen in a crowd. I'd be too scared to attempt it myself, though I think it's very well done of its kind. It could go a long way towards perking up someone's mental health.

I think the Queens chain is either from corenterno or gold & roses

This is a lovely, feminine dress. Its great to see the rewear. I particularly like the skirt of the dress, nice swish and movement. I love the color combination. Her shoulder bag is very attractive. The Gold/Roses Star earrings on this occasion blend in well and look pretty.
