On Thursday, Queen Letizia inaugurated the 2026/2027 school year in Oviedo at the Gesta Public School of Infant and Primary Education.

For the occasion, Queen Letizia stepped out in Sézane separates featuring a new white 'Alis' shirt (US$130) paired with her navy 'Marino' trousers.

Such a relief to see you back and hope you had a good break and are ready to tackle Letizia's schedule. She certainly looks well dressed for the start of the school year here, in crisp white shirt and navy pants.

The Sezanne Alis shirt manages to look business-like around the sensible collar, but allows feminine touches at the pretty gathered ruffle wrists. The Sezane Marino trousers continue to be most flattering, buttoning up close against Letizia's trim waist. The neat high waist gives the opportunity for the wide legs to flare out naturally and not look overwhelming on the Queen.

The two-tone Sezanne Paula Babies Pumps blend in very naturally with the outfit. I'm glad Letizia remembers how to employ discreet hoop earrings in her look. It's nice how the gold trouser buttons enough decoration elsewhere

This is a beautiful crisp white blouse, I love the cuffs! Not only adding interest but looking pretty and feminine. The Navy trousers looking splendid, these are stylish and chic. The addition of the two toned small pumps, perfect finishing touch. Her hair looks good here, soft and natural.
