Held at the Royal Palace of Madrid, the annual luncheon brings together literary authorities, academics, editors, critics, teachers, booksellers and writers to honor the award recipient.
Queen Letizia wore a lovely soft-blue monochrome ensemble, pairing Hugo Boss separates—a new spilt-neck silk blouse with her 'Vrima' belted pencil skirt.

The blouse and skirt are a perfect match and are a good colour choice for spring. I like the tucks on either side of the V necked top. The earrings add a nice WOW factor. I do wish Letizia would wear sheer stockings. Although I suppose some consider this to be old fashioned, stockings would cover the veins and sinews in Letzia's feet and present a more polished look.

This is one of the nicest outfits I have seen the Queen wear in a while. The pencil blue skirt, gorgeous. Lovely to see this re wear. This skirt is well crafted, I have noticed before that the side split, is well contained on movement/sitting etc.. The skirt fits perfectly and the shape is well adhered to the Queen's body shape, which I love. The pale blue split neck blouse is very interesting with its features, I like the gathered pleating, very much, adding interest and definition. The color is sublime. Neutral shoes, lovely. These earrings are my favorites. Its great to see the aqua tear drop stone this time, beautiful rich shade of blue. These earrings are a good size, of substance, simply stunning. .

This is a beautiful combination of HB pale blue separates. The neckline of the blouse is very feminine and together with the belted skirt creates a very cohesive look. The earrings look fabulous with the outfit.

This Hugo Boss Vrima pencil skirt continues to serve Letizia very well and I have always enjoyed seeing it on her.I love how she's achieved an elegant monochrome look this time with the split neck HB blouse, though it's not my favourite of her pairings with the skirt.

Complete with grandad collar, the opening seems too loose and casual for a palace luncheon though no doubt up-to-the-minute in fashion terms. The effect is only emphasized by the extra long sleeves half covering her hands.

The beige Carlota slingbacks from Magrit are excellent and understated while the Aldao Joyeras aquamarine drop earrings add the perfect extra touch of colour to enliven this very chic outfit.
