Queen Letizia in timeless monochrome for day of engagements

On Wednesday, Queen Letizia fulfilled two official engagements.

She first welcomed the Women's National Football Team at Zarzuela Palace, ahead of their participation in the UEFA Women's EURO 2025, set to be held in Switzerland from July 2 to 27.

Later, Her Majesty presided over the XLSemanal Awards ceremony at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando in Madrid. The prestigious awards honor the remarkable careers of distinguished individuals across various fields.

The outfit places two very interesting items together. The top has a lovely cowl neck type collar and the wraparound skirt is a style we don't normally see on Letizia. While these types of skirts look great, in my experience they are difficult to keep closed when you are sitting and you have to constantly fuss with them. The are best for standing occasions only,

This outfit is simplicity at its best. It does have a wintery vibe, but the sleeveless top takes it into summer. I especially like the interesting neckline/collar of the blouse and I like the uneven hem/slit at the bottom of the skirt. The somewhat plain belt, shoes and clutch add to the cohesion. Larger than usual earrings give a polished touch.

I love this drape collar blouse, its so elegant looking. It really stands out, its unusual. Love the midi skirt. and belt. The Kitten heel pumps look great. I like small clutches and this black GA clutch is gorgeous

Hi! The I found that the trousers in the picture with the blouse are Emporio Armani, so I guess the blouse is also Emporio Armani!

Thanks Mirela! I've still had no luck in finding any information about the blouse, but there's a chance it could be by EA, however the image metadata claims the stock photo I found was from FarFetch and they like to mix brands in photo shoots, so the mystery continues!

I found the blouse on Pinterest but without the designer's name, maybe you can find something via metadata. I have been trying to find blouse, but to no avail. You might find this photo useful.
