On Tuesday, Queen Letizia held several audiences at Zarzuela Palace.
Her first audience was with representatives of the management team and designers taking part in the 83rd edition of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid.
She later met with representatives of the Nursing Development Foundation to hear about their work promoting and enhancing the value of the nursing profession in society.
Queen Letizia then met with the managing director of Sant Joan de Déu Hospital, Manel del Castillo, and the president of the Spanish Federation of Rare Diseases, Juan Carrión Tudela, to learn more about the Únicas Project.
The initiative seeks to provide comprehensive care for paediatric rare diseases, ensuring that the approximately 600,000 children in Spain living with a rare condition receive a rapid, accurate, and personalised diagnosis.
For the day’s audiences, Queen Letizia re-wore a tweed midi dress first seen at the Miguel de Cervantes Award Ceremony in 2024.
On her feet were the Magrit Buckle Low-Heel Pump in Black Leather.
Queen Letizia finished the look with small diamond stud earrings and her PDPAOLA Diamond Solitaire Supreme Necklace.

Its lovely to see a rewear of this elegant and stylish tweed dress. The fringe trim at the waist and cuffs is a lovely addition adding noticeable attention. I love tweed, this dress looks very elegant, lovely fit.

Such a sweet dress, and I'm almost surprised it doesn't come from the Apramp stable given their penchant for fringed edging. The frayed waist and cuffs are in keeping with the design and not overdone, giving pleasant highlights among the busy tweed. The black Magrit buckle pumps look elegant and appropriate.
