On Friday, King Felipe and Queen Letizia received representatives from the Spanish Committee of Representatives of People with Disabilities at Zarzuela Palace to discuss progress following the historic reform of Article 49 of the Spanish Constitution, which strengthened the rights of Spain’s 4.74 million people with disabilities.
Later, King Felipe and Queen Letizia were joined by Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofía to receive the Board of Trustees of the Spanish Committee of the United World Colleges (UWC) Foundation.
Established in 1996 under royal patronage, the foundation promotes peace and international understanding through UWC’s educational programmes.
For the day of audiences, Queen Letizia debuted a new shirt dress by Madrid-based label Byan, marking her first appearance in the brand. She wore the 'Basalt' Dress, featuring a mandarin collar, three-quarter-length sleeves, and a matching wide sash belt.
To complement the tones of the oversized paisley print, the Queen opted for her beige Magrit 'Carlota' slingback pumps.
She accessorised with the gold Isabel Guarch 'Palma' earrings, which were first seen on Princess Leonor in August 2025 while on vacation in Palma.

I really like everything about this Byan dress. I like the length below the knee, the way it fits perfectly with the belt, the feminine puffy sleeves and the fabric and print are very eye catching with the beige paisleys against the black background. The princess's are both pretty in pink.

I like this dress and the colour of the shoes pick up the motif. While the black is a bit heavy for summer, the dress has a dramatic look. Great earrings,

I find this dress quite beautiful. The style, design, fabric, color of the background, the print color and design is gorgeous. I like the length of the dress and the sleeves are interesting and flattering.

The new Byan dress is very pretty and chic, although the colours are a little wintry. I love the slim sheath shape and the translucent three-quarter sleeves, mandarin collar and wide belt, all adding theirr own touch of character along with the novel outsize paisley print.
