King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia, alongside Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene of Monaco, visited the exhibitions “8th Monaco Artists Forum” and “Monaco and Spain: Five Centuries of Shared History,” staged to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the establishment of the first diplomatic mission between the two nations.
Their Majesties greeted the Monaco royals in Madrid's Royal Botanical Garden where they posed for official photos.
They then processed to view the exhibitions.
For the occasion, Queen Letizia looked elegant in a summery white Mantu asymmetrical waist dress, first worn at the 2025 Atlàntida Mallorca Film Fest.
She opted for gold-tone accessories, as she did on the first occasion she wore the dress, and carried her Magrit ‘Lian’ Clutch in smooth gold leather.
On her feet were a new custom pair of low-heel strappy sandals by Magrit.
Queen Letizia completed the ensemble with statement gold pieces by Suma Cruz, including the ‘Acacia’ earrings and a coordinating cuff bracelet.

This is a very attractive dress, I love it! Unusual style of dress. The waistband is original. The soft pleating is a nice addition, adding some movement to the skirt of the dress as she walked.

Both leading ladies looked wonderful for this glamorous outing to celebrate 150 years of diplomatic relations between Spain and Monaco. Princess Charlene skilfully referenced her late mother-in-law Grace Kelly with the pale blue famously favoured by the former film star. Letizia embodied glamour and style with the lovely Mantu asymmetrical waist dress, with its angled sideband distinctively fitted over the gathered fabric of her bodice and skirt. The style is fresh and contemporary while remaining within a classic fit-and-flare silhouette.
