Queen Letizia looks terrific in Mango tweed separates for World Red Cross & Red Crescent Day

Queen Letizia commemorated World Red Cross and Red Crescent Day with an event at the Príncipe Felipe Conference Palace-Auditorium in Oviedo on Tuesday.

The occasion serves to acknowledge the contributions of Red Cross and Red Crescent staff and volunteers, who save lives and assist vulnerable communities around the world. During the event, Queen Letizia presented the 2023 Spanish Red Cross Gold Medals and delivered the keynote address.

The tweed jacket and top look fabulous, love the outfit overall within the white pants.

Recent ensembles make me think I just don't like tweed. However, I enjoy this ensemble all the same. The difference is the cropped jacket length and the smaller pattern of the tweed. Even with the busy pockets and fringe, if I don't look too closely, I think she looks great. I like the balance of the jacket and the wide trousers.

More frayed edge tweed from Letizia via a neat twin-set from Mango, The top is modern with its cutaway sleeves and all the rough edges on the jacket are equally youthful. It looks as if it must be a very warm combination.

The pretty colour and texture are nicely set off by all white pants, but for me the legs on these are too wide on petite Letizia. The white trainers make a good modern finish, and the Gold & Roses earrings are just great. Overall, however, not my favourite of Letizia's looks.
