She specifically visited the SEPAR 2025/26 mobile unit located outside the hospital, which focuses on sleep-related breathing disorders. During the visit, she received briefings on the latest innovations used to diagnose, treat, and assess sleep-related conditions.

For the discreet outing, she opted for casual wardrobe staples, pairing a beige ribbed knit sweater with dark, frayed-hem jeans, a camel wool coat, and an Abbacino abstract-print wool scarf (thanks to @LetiziaLook for the ID).

The Queen always does casual well and this is no different. She looks great in this ensemble. I love her addition of the scarf, this is pretty and a nice touch.

Letizia looks chic as ever in her effortless casual rig, the beige sweater and dark frayed hem crop jeans make perfect background to the lovely Abbacino abstract print wool scarf draped so expertly round her neck. The crop jeans legs work well over black boots to keep a youthful note to the ensemble.
