Queen Letizia opted for her grey Cortana 'Felicita' dress, first worn in November 2023.

The midi dress is crafted from stretch virgin wool with an irregular cold-dye pattern, featuring fitted sleeves, a wide V-neckline, and a softly draped, pleated crossover front.

On her feet were Magrit black suede low block-heel boots; the photo below reveals that they are, in fact, over-the-knee—a detail not previously seen.

Oh boy, this dress has no finishing hem whatsoever, not even for the sleeves. Who thought this is a great design idea, having the danger of hanging threads (which happens here)?

Good point about the hanging threads. There is no excuse for that.
And for someone in the public eye that is not a good look at all.

The raw edges at cuff and hem would be welcome interesting features if as you say they weren't falling apart. Should someone use glue to preserve them intact? A curious problem.

The black wool coat, does not look stylish, too big and baggy, or is it because she doesn't have the belt done up properly? looks sloppy. The grey dress, I've said this before, the threads hanging on the hemline is a bad look. The over the knee boots are interesting. I like boots worn with this dress, the belt I also like with the dress, otherwise overall the dress would look a little bland.

This is a very restrained and dignified work dress from Cortana, the crossover front is very prettily done, adding just enough character to relieve the plain grey. It's also interesting that the crossover extends from the bodice to an angled flap on the skirt. The added Hugo Boss belt helps give an extra bit of interest to switch the look up for an extra outing though the dress also looks well when worn before without.

While the wide belt is quite heavy it is more than matched in weight by the black over-the-knee suede Magrit boots and smart black Caroline Herrera satchel bag. The trusty Gold & Roses Shewel Triple Hoops are just right for adding enough sparkle for a working trip to the Royal Spanish Academy.
