The Queen, who serves as Honorary President of the Spanish Association Against Cancer and the Spanish Association Against Cancer Scientific Foundation, has long supported cancer research and awareness initiatives.
The Queen stepped out in her beige Mirto pantsuit featuring a single-breasted blazer with peak lapels and coordinating straight-leg trousers.

She softened the tailored look with a new terracotta-hued Sézane 'Hana' ruffle shirt (US$165), adding contrast to the solid suit.

The terracotta colour of the shirt is one of my favorites. The ruffles make it stand out more against the neutral & rather bland beige of the suit turning it into a great outfit.

I'm never going to be a big fan of near-colourless beige pant suits, but I have to concede this Mirto version sits well on Letizia. The single-breasted jacket is quite sleek with its unfussy single button. The pants are not too wide in the leg and don't swamp her.

I do have to hand it to Letizia in finding quite the most stand-out contrast in the amazing Sezanne Hana ruffle shirt, thus making the outfit. The colour could scarcely be stronger, and the style more effervescent with its dramatic front ruffle, emphatically offsetting any idea that the Queen is a fan of dull dressing. I do like it when Letizia experiments.

The cognac leather belt looks very well indeed and happily complements the patent Suzanne Mary Jane Pumps. The Malababa Hermenegilda woven purse ties all the pale and strong elements together neatly, its texture a welcome contrast to all the plain fabric. The Queen has managed to be both businesslike and feminine for the cancer association,

I love the shirt; the color is sublime. The ruffles of the shirt, I like this feature adding interest, especially with this pantsuit. I have to confess I love beige pantsuits and this one is no different. This pantsuit looks wonderfu worn by Letizia. This ensemble is very appropriate for this visit. Her bag is cute. The earrings are beautiful.
