On Thursday, Queen Letizia attended the XVII Ibero-American Conference of Ministers of Health at Teatro Real in Madrid.
The conference forms part of the preparatory process for the XXX Ibero-American Summit of Heads of State and Government, scheduled to take place in Madrid in November 2026.
Ahead of the opening ceremony, Queen Letizia participated in meetings with Health Ministers from Ibero-American countries, as well as representatives from organisations dedicated to rare diseases across the Ibero-American region.
For the occasion, Queen Letizia repeated her fuchsia pink Moises Nieto French Sleeves Midi Dress.
She complemented the vibrant look with light pink accessories, pairing her Magrit top-handle structured flap bag with the brand’s coordinating 'Carlota' slingback pumps.
Finishing the ensemble were her Dime 'Frenchy' Multicolor Long Earrings, adding a playful sparkle to the look.

This Moses Nieto dress has served Letizia well every time she has worn it The colour and A-line cut are excellent on the Queen. I like the elegant bracelet sleeves, and I wonder if the neckline has been altered on Letizia as the studio shot appears to show a crew neck, and Letizia's looks to be an asymmetric shape.

The actual dress is lovely fits well, the design is perfect for her shape. The skirt has nice swirl happening. I do find the overall look bland, a colorful silk scarf, a pearl necklace, brooch, something!
