They visited the Jaén City Council’s Board of Tourism, Culture and Heritage, where they toured a commemorative exhibition. They also stopped at the Arab Baths Cultural Center of Jaén, one of the city’s most emblematic monumental complexes and a landmark of Andalusian historical heritage.
For the occasion, Queen Letizia repeated the pink tweed dress she first wore in October 2024 during the Princess of Asturias Awards. The piece was most likely custom-made by the Queen’s personal dressmaker.

On my screen this dress looks red, although it is described as red. The dress is interesting in its tweed fabric and the two rows of detail above and below the waist. I do note that detail is fine on Letizia, but it would draw unwanted attention for a heavier person. The earrings, shoes and purse all add to a cohesive look. Queen Letizia and Catherine, Princess of Wales, could both use a trim to their hair. These days Letizia's hair is looking untidy.

The Fushia color of this dress is a beautiful shade, it suits the Queen well. I like the frayed outlines on the outfit and cuffs, adding interest. I do love the colored stones of these earrings, splash of color.
The CH Insignia bag is gorgeous. Not a fan of her hair at this event.

I love how Letizia takes a fashion trend like raw edges and turns it into refined embellishment, here it has been used to liven up a classic plain A-line dress, which admittedly enjoys the relatively enlivening texture of tweed, and in a striking non-traditional tweed colour.

The trimming at waist, hips, and cuffs is just enough to add variety without venturing into fashion mishap and preserves the elegance of a well-cut dress with bracelet sleeves. This is a welcome repeat which works well for royal engagements.

Black accessories add a welcome bit of snap among the prettiness
and the CH Insignia bag and Magrit buckle pumps are the Queen's trusty friends here. The Dime Frenchy Multicolor Long Earings are a fun touch though perhaps a little lost against such a strong pink. Any extra colour seems unnecessary against the firm statement of pink and black.
