On Tuesday, Queen Letizia presided over an event hosted by the Spanish Federation of Rare Diseases (FEDER) to mark World Rare Disease Day in Castellón.
This year’s campaign, titled “Because Every Person Matters,” aims to promote equity in access to social and healthcare resources, ensuring that individuals living with rare diseases receive the support and recognition they deserve.
For the occasion, Queen Letizia revisited her teal Paul Smith ‘A Suit To Travel In,’ a wool ensemble consisting of a sharp Two-Button Blazer and matching Slim-Fit Trousers.
Her top is likely the Hugo Boss 'Iyabo2' blouse, which features bracelet-length sleeves. While she also owns the sleeveless 'Iyabo' version, the cool weather suggests she probably opted for the longer-sleeved iteration today.
The Queen wore a new pair of custom nude leather Magrit pumps—a low-heeled, buckled style she already owns in black.
She finished the look with her Gold & Roses 'Jardin de Aire' Earrings.

This teal pantsuit looks stylish. I love the color, very appealing to me. The jacket is a good fit. The pants I like the length. The silk blouse is a favorite of mine, the neckline, and gather is fetching. The nude leather shoes are gorgeous, I love the addition of the buckle. These earrings are lovely.

I absolutely love this teal suit! The tailoring is a perfect match for Letizia’s petite frame, and the blouse brings a lovely softness to the ensemble. The buckled pumps are a chic addition that provides extra visual interest, while her earrings are subtle yet captivating.

Letizia looks really bright and spring-fresh in this vibrant Paul Lewis pant suit. The sharp single-breasted jacket and tapered trousers look contemporary being both practical and feminine. The slight crop on the trousers is especially welcome on trim Letizia.
