The award is one of the richest literary prizes in the world and is the most regarded in Spain and Latin America. It honours the lifetime achievement of an eminent writer in the Spanish language. This year, Their Majesties presented the "Miguel de Cervantes" Prize to Spanish author Álvaro Pombo.

Interesting belt detailing, didn't think I could see something new. As a seamstress, I will have to try the rivet in a pleat to thread a belt at the waist. As oppossed to yesterday's black dress with the buttons on the shoulders, this doesn't get hidden by her hair.

Clearly a supply of classy black dresses is an essential part of a Queenly wardrobe, and Letizia has picked another winner from Hugo Boss for the Miguel de Cervantes prize ceremony.

Quality cut and tailoring are essential to carry off such somber outfits. However, while I like the fitted bodice and flared A-line skirt on the Dewetta dress, I'm less keen on the skinny drawstring belt. At the same time I admire Letizia for looking for something distinctive to mark each outfit and Letizia has managed to tie the belt to prevent it becoming too prominent. It's certain the black dress needs some relieving feature.

Retaining the neat Massimo Dutti black slingbacks and CH black satchel bag from the previous day was wise, and it is a treat to see the pretty hoop pearl earrings once again. It is also a great treat to see the venerable Alvaro Pombo being honoured by their majesties.

Another lovely black dress, fits well, like the style of the dress. Her shoes and satchel bag look good. The pearl drop earrings were the perfect addition. The pearls are a generous size, to have an impact, love them.
