Queen Letizia Steps Out in Navy for AECC Meeting

On Wednesday, Queen Letizia attended a working meeting of the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC) in Madrid in her capacity as Honorary President of the association and its Scientific Foundation.

Queen Letizia attended a working meeting of the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC) in Madrid on 28 January 2026.

During the meeting, Queen Letizia was briefed on the AECC's key projects for 2026.

Queen Letizia arrived wearing her navy Hugo Boss double-breasted coat with a matching scarf, and carrying her black Adolfo Dominguez Vachetta Shoulder Bag.

Beneath the coat, she wore a new navy houndstooth jacket handmade by APRAMP, paired with navy trousers and a turtleneck.

On her feet were the Massimo Dutti Heeled Loafers.

Tiny diamond stud earrings added a subtle finishing touch.

Navy is my favorite color. The Navy coat looks great, warm and snug, of good quality. I do like the length of this coat. It works in well with the ensemble. The Navy pants look exceptionally good, they are a beautiful fit, not baggy, tailored well and good length. The houndstooth jacket is gorgeous, the colors throughout are a good mix. The jacket length is a good mix with this style of pants. The turtleneck lovely choice. The small diamond earrings are a nice choice. One of my favorite ensembles worn by the Queen of late.

Houndstooth is always smart looking and a classic design.. I like the jacket because it fits well and looks good paired with the turtleneck.
