First worn at the state banquet during the State Visit to the Netherlands in April 2024, the silk-blend gown features a refined crew neckline and Japanese sleeves accented with delicate mikado bows at the cuffs. Its voluminous skirt flows gracefully into a subtle train, adding to the gown’s timeless elegance.

She once again paired the gown with the Martinelli x Redondo Brand ‘Monroe’ platform sandals, just as she did when she first wore the dress.

Letizia's glam is amazing here, but alas, i'm not too sure how I feel about the gown. The material almost seems cheap, with an odd seam dart right on the center of the chest. The color looks amazing, though, and she is beautiful regardless.

Letizia looks very regal here. The gown is amazing in both it's design and royal blue colour. The train, tiara and necklace give it even more splendour.

The Queen looks beautiful in this glorious shade of blue. The gown itself is nice, but I'm not sure of the bodice, a tad big, the model's version looks a better fit. Or it could be the sleeves on Queen Letizia. Again the Models are more sleek. Regardless she looks beautiful. Love the diamond earrings, these are stunning.

I think Letizia looks just amazing in the glorious royal blue of this Suraia gown. The bodice looks a little bulky with the generous gathered bow-adorned sleeves, but that seems in keeping with making a definite royal statement in ornate palace surroundings. It is well she has a plain top as the ornate Oman Collar and Breast Star is in danger of swamping any lesser garment.

The Diamond Loop tiara and and joyas de pasa Chaton Diamond Earrings earrings are stunning and she wears them so well. Her carefully waved hair is feminine against all the bling, and I was intrigued to see a post on X showing how the 15th century Spanish Queen Isabella I also wore her tiara on top of tightly waved loose hair. So definitely not a new thing.

I'm most impressed that Letizia returned to these Martinelli & Redondo platform sandals in which I thought she came a cropper the first time she wore the dress in the Netherlands and was obliged to sit for the group portrait. They certainly help give her the height to carry off this distinctive dress.

Sorry, only a quible,; the Queen Isabel I was Queen of Castilla and Aragón, Spain did not exit at that time. Later the Kingdom of Asturias and the Kingdom of Navarra and the joined them and set Up , España, what you English , Spain.
