On Friday, King Felipe and Queen Letizia spent the final day of their visit to Egypt in Luxor, where they had arrived the previous evening.
Their first stop was the Luxor Museum, where they viewed a selection of the most significant artefacts uncovered by Spanish archaeological teams led by José Manuel Galán and Myriam Seco.
Afterward, King Felipe and Queen Letizia visited the Valley of the Kings, where they learned more about the project to restore and enhance the archaeological sites of Luxor and Giza, including efforts to develop tourism in the tomb area. During their visit, they toured Tomb KV9 of Ramesses V and VI, as well as Tomb KV17 of Seti I.
Their Majesties also visited several of the 14 Spanish archaeological missions currently conducting seasonal work in Luxor, including the Tuthmosis III excavation project and the Djehuty project site.
After their visit to the Valley of the Kings, the Royal couple travelled to Luxor Airport, where they were bid farewell by the Governor of Luxor and Egypt’s Minister of Tourism and Antiquities. They then departed for Spain, marking the conclusion of their State Visit to the Arab Republic of Egypt.
For the final day of the State Visit, Queen Letizia revisited her safari-inspired Carolina Herrera linen ensemble, featuring a belted jacket paired with matching straight-leg trousers.
At the start of the day, she carried a small beige ‘Maria’ bag by the Menorca-based label Ansa per Ansa. Priced at €139, the design features a flap front and an adjustable strap.
On her feet, she wore her Calzados Picón ‘Madrid’ wedges.
The Singularu ‘Superstar’ earrings added a subtle touch of gold to the outfit.
Queen Letizia shielded her eyes from the sun’s glare with her Hugo Boss cat-eye sunglasses.

I love this outfit, I would wear it! . The jacket looks wonderful and the pants equally so. The belted jacket is the perfect length, the pants are a good length and not baggy. Love the beige Maria bag, gorgeous.

White pant suit no 4 for Egypt? I'm impressed, Letizia certainly helped make packing simple for her desert trip. The belted Carolina Herrera safari jacket is a lovely fit and length on Letizia, and the linen must be most comfortable.
