On Friday, Queen Letizia presided over an institutional event to mark World Mental Health Day 2025, held under the slogan “We share vulnerability, let’s defend our mental health.”
Queen Letizia delivered the keynote address at the event in Madrid, organized by the Spanish Mental Health Confederation in collaboration with the Ministry of Social Rights, Consumer Affairs and the 2030 Agenda, along with the ONCE Foundation.
For the occasion, Queen Letizia debuted a vibrant red Adolfo Domínguez A-line dress featuring short flutter sleeves and a flared midi skirt with a central pleat.
On her feet, she wore new red Magrit leather slingback pumps. The custom shoes feature a short block heel, squared-off vamp and buckle detail at the ankle.
The queen was seen carrying her Menbur 'Malva' Clutch.
She finished the look with her Nydia 'Athene' Twisted Hoops.

Letizia looks just great in a classic A-line and the red is eye-catching as well as patriotic. The flared flutter sleeves are an interesting addition and chime nicely with the skirt divided by its deep pleat into further flared shapes.

This is a lovely well designed and stylish dress. The central pleat, flared skirt and fluttered sleeves give this dress a very individual look, I love it. Her leather pumps are gorgeous, love the color of her shoes and clutch.

The bell sleeves of this dress are voluminous and flared and the A-line skirt of the dress is also flared. There is a lack of balance. I also don't know why a slit was added in the front of the dress. It's not really required. I suppose it adds some interest. The red colour is superb.
