Shortly after their arrival in Italy for a 3-day State Visit, King Felipe and Queen Letizia visited the Spanish Royal Academy in Rome where they held a meeting with members of the Association of Italian Hispanists of the Instituto Cervantes on the occasion of its 50th anniversary.

The Queen is well rugged up, it must be very cold. The coat and pantsuit looks elegant and very stylish, a lovely combination. Her humps and golden leather handbag work in well.

It's great to see a tuxedo style suit that is not black. It looks great.
I wish the King and Queen would make a trip to Canada one day.
They never come her. So sad!

Letizia looks really super-glam in her winter white, an effective way to kick off her tour of a fashion conscious country. The scarf helps the look and the coat belts nicely over the new Mango pant suit and its smooth, satin jacket lapels. I love the gold highlights in the sleek Magrit clutch and slingbacks plus the Nanuk Long Golden Earrings, all of which help warm up the white monochrome.
