On Friday evening, King Felipe and Queen Letizia presided over the XXIV "In Memoriam" Concert at Madrid’s National Music Auditorium.
The annual event serves as a poignant tribute to the victims of terrorism. It brings together leaders from Spain’s government, political parties, and various social and economic sectors, underscoring a unified stance of remembrance and solidarity.
Queen Letizia maintained the evening's solemn tone in an elegant black pairing of her Sandro V-neck silk blouse and Carolina Herrera high-waisted trousers.
She carried her Nina Ricci Arc Clutch.
On her feet were the Sézane Paula Babies Pump in Black Patent.
Rounding out her accessories were the PDPAOLA Pavé Twist Hoops, which provided a delicate glint against her dark ensemble.

Its great to see a re wear of the high waisted black pants. I love these pants. They fit well, love this style. Her shirt fits well into the waist, nothing overhanging, another plus. The blouse is very feminine and elegant. Love this bag, her shoes look good and fit in well with this overall look. I've come to like these earrings. They are distinctive and unusual. Up close they are much nice to look at.

Letizia demonstrates her fashion savvy with an outfit that succeeds in being feminine and attractive while sober for the serious nature of the In Memorium concert. The Sandro V Neck silk blouse looks elegant and quietly opulent with its soft folds tucked into the distinctive high-waisted Carolina Herrera trousers. Despite wide legs, the trouser fabric is also soft enough to hang more like an evening skirt and not an overwhelming presence of fabric on petite Letizia.

I always like a cropped jacket with high waisted pants. That blouse is so light and drapy, it would have pulled the outfit together.
