On World Cancer Day, Doña Letizia, honorary president of the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC), chaired the fourth edition of the Forum Against Cancer titled "For a comprehensive approach. Cancer Treatment and care for all and in all stages of the disease."
For the occassion, Queen Letizia opted for an understated professional look. She wore her black camel hair Hugo Boss 'FS_Jesila' blazer which she paired with a new ivory blouse and grey trousers.
The silk-blend top is the BOSS Hugo Boss 'Bisella' blouse, defined by a inlay along the button placket.
From the limited photos, it's difficult to identify Letizia's pants, but they are most likely by Hugo Boss. Hugo Boss have an extensive range of women's grey trousers but I believe Letizia's may be one of these styles below:
She carried her Uterque black croc stamped leather wristlet clutch.
On her feet were the Magrit pewter leather pumps, first worn in September last year to the Climate Summit in New York.
She finished her outfit with a pair of sun shaped earrings from Yanes. They are set in white gold with a hundred diamonds totaling 3.03 carats. According to Hola magazine, they were a wedding present.
