Juan Vidal Soft Romantic Print Shirt Dress in Blue 

A sheer dress with long sleeves and high waist with gathers on the chest decorating a v-neckline. Skirt with asymmetrical godets that give movement to the bottom of the dress, front opening decorated with covered buttons.

Queen Letizia had the dress modified with the neck-ties removed and replaced with a shawl collar. She also added a lining to the body.
