ID UPDATE (26/10/2016) - Queen Letizia carried the bag to a conference in Madrid and we have better photos that confirm the clutch is by CH Carolina Herrera. It is the 'Astrud' model from the designer's Spring 2015 'Samba' collection.
The Spanish royal family are now in Palma, Mallorca for their annual summer holiday. Tonight, the extended royal unit were photographed having dinner at Flanigan Restaurante. Here we see them leaving the waterfront establishment.
While most of the family was dressed casually, Queen Letizia opted for a more sophisticated evening style.
It's clear Her Majesty leaves behind a summer wardrobe at the Palma palace because for her first night on the island she wore a mix of pieces she debuted the last time she holidayed in Palma. Tonight Letizia combined her black silk pants with her sleeveless sequin top. Both garments remain unidentified.
On Letizia's feet were the bespoke Magrit sandals based on the 'Delia' model.
She supplemented the look with a new black flap clutch bag and gold-tone hoop earrings.
The earrings are by Mango and currently discounted to US$5.99!
It's difficult to ID the bag without the aid of better resolution photos. The silhouette is very similar to the one below by Carolina Herrera. But this design is very common so I'm not confident on the ID.

King Felipe and Queen Letizia were at Madrid Barajas Airport this morning to bid farewell to the Spanish Olympic team participating in the upcoming Olympic games in Rio de Janeiro.
His Majesty made an encouraging speech on behalf of the nation and wished the Spanish athletes great success in Rio.
Prior to departure, the Spanish monarchs posed for a few selfies.
Queen Letizia looked like she was part of the team in a matching red knit top.
The ribbed 1/2 sleeve sweater is new from Adolfo Dominguez.
She contrasted the top with her white Massimo Dutti crepe trousers.
Letizia accessorized with her Carolina Herrera 'Maysa' clutch bag and red Mango perforated design sandals.
She finished the look with a new pair of star stud earrings which have a 3D star design.
They are the Atelier Swarovski Kalix Double Stud Pierced Earrings (US$249).

The Queen of Spain attended a workshop with the 70 executives of the Instituto Cervantes (Cervantes Institute) from around the world.
The Institutio Cervantes is a Spanish governmental institution which promotes Spanish culture and language across the world. The organization was established in 1991 and is named after Miguel de Cervantes who the wrote the classic novel ‘Don Quixote'.
Letizia opted for a bold Rorschach-style printed dress from Hugo Boss for today's board of directors meeting at the headquarters of the Institute.
The belted sleeveless dress is a repeat and has been worn on a few occasions since 2012.
Queen Letizia teamed the dress with her cognac Mui Mui platform sandals which are also a throwback and first seen at a audience hearing in April 2014.
She color-coordinated the shoes with a new brown leather flap clutch bag. It is the Hugo Boss BOSS 'Luxury Staple C' clutch (£425).
Queen Letizia showcased a new pair of earrings from her ever-expanding collection.
I originally thought they were the Oscar de la Renta gold leaf clip earrings, but Spanish jeweler My Collect claimed she was wearing their 'Leaving Gold' earrings.
The design is a knock-off of the Oscar de la Renta silhouette, but the obvious difference is their size. The My Collect pair measure about 4.5 cm in length (consistent with Letizia's earrings), whereas the Oscar de la Renta pair are over two times as long.
This is the first occasion we have seen Letizia sport a piece by the budget jewelry retailer. The leaf motif earrings retailed for €16.53 but have unfortunately sold out.

There was another new addition from the fashion designer. Letizia debuted CH Carolina Herrera dangle earrings from the 'Falling Jasmine' collection.
This is her second pair of earrings from the line. You may recall that Letizia also owns the 'Falling Jasmine' stud earrings, first seen for the Spanish Red Cross fundraising day in October last year.
Queen Letizia accessorized the frock with her Malababa 'Minihontas' bag and Magrit 'Mila' snakeskin pumps.

Today, the King and Queen of Spain presided over the appointment ceremony of new Army officers at the military academy in Zaragoza.
King Felipe VI, the commander-in-chief of the Spanish Armed Forces, was in full military uniform while his wife repeated a Hugo Boss favourite.
This floral print dress has become one of Letizia's signature styles since it's debut:
To refresh your memories, the dress is the Hugo Boss 'Dinoma' sheath, rendered in the 'rose fantasy' floral colourway. It was from the BOSS 2014 spring/summer collection and retailed for €479/US$650.
Today's outfit was a head-to-toe repeat of the first time Letizia wore the dress in June 2014. The matching blush patent accessories are all by Magrit.
Queen Letizia wore her hair in a loose braided up-do and finished the look with her Yanes flower stud earrings.

Queen Letizia presented the 3rd edition of the Spain-India Council Foundation awards this afternoon. The ceremony was held at the Archeological Museum in Spain's capital, Madrid.
The Spain-India Council Foundation is a private cultural foundation founded in 2009 with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation. It works to promote relationships of mutual interest between Spain and India. The awards recognize the work of persons or entities who have made exceptional contributions to the bilateral relations between the two nations.
This year's prize was awarded jointly to filmmakers Carlos Saura and Zoya Akhtar.
Queen Letizia kept her sartorial choice simple for today's prestigious event. She wore a new bespoke number by her go-to designer Felipe Varela.
The sleeveless sheath dress is rendered from white raffia fabric, an elegant choice for summer.
Letizia accessorized with her white Uterque croc-embossed clutch bag and a new pair of snake-printed pumps.
At first glance, I thought the heels were her Carolina Herrera python pumps, but then eagle-eyed @HeavenQRF brought the following images to my attention:
From the photos above, it's obvious the pumps are not Carolina Herrera. They show all the hallmarks of Magrit design and are a bespoke version of these 'Mila' pumps - a model Letizia owns in a slew of different colours and materials.
Letizia's affinity for oversized earrings continued today with the addition of a new pair of cascading flower earrings. The pretty enameled earrings helped add interest to her minimalist ensemble.
The enamel line earrings are by Florence-based upscale jewellery brand SCHIELD. Letizia wears the 'Cyborg Flowers' earrings (€ 420). They are made from brass and plated with palladium and white enamel. The earrings feature Swarovski Elements crystals and a pearl centre.
The earrings are a designer debut by SCHIELD in Letizia jewelry collection. The label was founded by Roberto Ferlito, a designer who boasts experience working for the likes of Roberto Cavalli. Featuring a medley of unconventional motifs, SCHIELD jewellery balances the use of precious materials with eccentric and fun style.

Fresh from her day trip to Paris yesterday, the Queen of Spain was back on home soil to deliver the "Queen Letizia Awards 2015" of the Royal Board on Disability.
Her Majesty is the honorary president of the organization, whose primary mission is to promote the prevention of impairments, rehabilitation and social integration of people with disabilities. Today the Queen welcomed the winners to the Royal Palace of El Pardo.
For the occasion, Letizia wore a lovely combination of blue and cream.
She pulled out a tweed Felipe Varela blazer that had been hiding in her closet for nearly 4 years.
Letizia first wore it for a visit to Valencia in April 2012, and we saw it again at a military event in October of the same year.
It's hard to say for certain, but it appears Letizia teamed the jacket with her Hugo Boss 'Valeti' natural white pencil skirt which she also wore yesterday.
Letizia accessorized with her Felipe Prieto white flap leather clutch which she also carried yesterday.
Queen Letizia finished the look with her diamond and Australian pearl earrings.
