The Queen of Spain held a video conference with the heads of the Confederación Española de Personas con Discapacidad Física y Orgánica COCEMFE (Spanish Confederation of People with Physical and Organic Disabilities) from her home office at the Palace of Zarzuela.
COCEMFE was founded in 1980 to unite, strengthen, and coordinate the actions of entities that work on behalf of people with physical and organic disabilities to defend their rights and improve their quality of life.
During the pandemic, residential centers have remained open, including, most home help and personal assistance services. Day center activities and other specialised services have been suspended, although great efforts have been made to provide services electronically. The heads expressed concern regarding the uncertainty of the labor situation in Spain and for the future employment of people with disabilities. Her Majesty was also informed of the proposals for the immediate future that have been proposed by the associative movement of COCEMFE.
Queen Letizia wore a new green blazer. I believe it may be the Hugo Boss 'Jalesta' Open Front Jacket in Pine Green. It originally retailed for US$445 but is now reduced to $178 at Nordsrom.

The CEAV also proposes medium-term promotion measures and is working on a tourist collaboration project with the autonomous communities that establishes a subsidised credit to incentivise Spanish families to enjoy vacations in Spain.

Queen Letizia looked professional in a grey zip front jacket by Hugo Boss. It is the BOSS 'Koralie9' Jacket (£300) featuring a pattered stretch cotton tweed with white piped seams, round neck, 2 slip pockets, and a golden two-way zip fastening. The piece is from a past season collection and no longer available.
Letizia teamed it with a chic pair of cropped pants. It's hard to say for certain, but they may be any one of the following three pairs of black cropped trousers she currently has in her closet:
Today, Letizia opted to carry her Carolina Herrera 'Astrud' black clutch bag. On her feet were her black suede pointed toe pumps - also by the Venezuelan fashion designer.

For today's video calls, Queen Letizia wore a light grey Hugo Boss Superfine Merino Wool Crew Neck Sweater. It is a past season piece which I was able to find at Joli Closet, a second-hand retailer.
She also debuted a pair of black Hugo Boss 'Royal' pointed toe ballerinas.
Made in Italy, these pointed toe slip-on flats have a suede construction and are topped with a playful folded bow detail. They originally retailed for US$375 but are now discounted down to $149.95 at Nordstrom Rack.

The King and Queen of Spain paid an early morning visit to Mercamadrid - Spain's largest food market wholesaler based in Madrid to learn about the challenges in getting food to Spanish households during the COVID-19 pandemic.
After a brief explanation of the Mercamadrid facilities, Their Majesties toured the central fish market and fruit and vegetable stools. Queen Letizia wore a black fitted knit top and slim trousers offset with a Prince of Wales check blazer by CH Carolina Herrera.
The £750 jacket features a single breasted front with flap pockets, notched lapel and black buttons.
Interestingly, Spanish designer Roberto Verino offers a blazer with the exact same silhouette and check pattern. From what I can see, the only difference is the colour of the buttons.
In the photo below we can see Letizia's jacket has black buttons and is hence wearing the Carolina Herrera model.
She complemented the menswear-inspired look with her Uterque Eva sole bluchers. They were first seen in 2017 during a private shopping trip in Madrid.

There are approximately 850 festivals per year in Spain which bring together more than 2.5 million people. The pandemic has had a particularly damaging effect on this sector with the cancellation of events, festivals, and performances, leaving artists, promoters, agencies, assemblers, technical teams, and the entire industry that functions in this area unable to work, in most cases these are small companies and freelancers. David Bisbal, Spanish singer, songwriter, and actor recently participated in an online charity concert 'La Liga Santander Fest' which brought together more than 50 million viewers and raised €1,003,532 for the fight against COVID-19.

The style is similar to this Hugo Boss jacquard jacket, however I notice Letizia's jacket does not have the black trim at the cuff. This detail may have been removed if she had the sleeves shortened.
