On her final day in Mozambique, Queen Letizia traveled to Beira to see first hand the devastation caused by Cyclone Idai which hit the region in March.
Her Majesty then moved further inland to Dondo to visit the Spanish humanitarian response team (START) in the wake of the cyclone. Known as the red vests, the START is composed of a field hospital with surgical capacity and hospitalization, as well as a total of 71 people, among whom are health personnel of the Spanish public health service.
Queen Letizia kept her look low key, wearing a white button up shirt, khaki trousers and combat-style boots.
The crisp blouse is the Massimo Dutti poplin shirt with epaulettes (sold out).
She teamed it with Massimo Dutti darted cropped fit chinos in sand (£59.95).
Queen Letizia wore boots by Panama Jack, similar to the Phoebe style (£155).

Queen Letizia kicked off her first day of the Spanish Cooperation trip to Mozambique with a visit to the Manhiça Health Research Center (CISM).
CISM is a Mozambican non-profit organisation that carries out biomedical research in priority areas aimed at improving the health of the most vulnerable populations. The centre was founded in 1996 with the support of the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona and in 2008 received the Prince of Asturias Award for International Cooperation.
Her Majesty repeated a look she first wore during last year's Spanish Cooperation trip to Haiti.
The relaxed lounge suit is by Spanish high-street brand Intropia which features an embossed blazer with belted waist and matching trousers.
Under the jacket, Letizia again wore the nude pink Zara embroidered camisole top.
A pair of pink Uterque leather loafers rounded off the cool and casual ensemble.
In the afternoon, Queen Letizia was the guest of honour at a luncheon hosted by President Filipe Jacinto Nyussi and the First Lady of Mozambique, Isaura Nyussi at the Palácio da Ponta Vermelha.
Her Majesty wore a beautiful soft blue piece by Pedro del Hierro from the designer's Spring/Summer '19 collection. I am not certain if it is a dress or separates. I am waiting to hear back from the brand for clarification.
Letizia first wore the eponymous label at a Famelab event last May. She then wowed in a Pedro del Hierro jumpsuit at the opening season at the Teatro Real in October. A month later she debuted a checked dress, and earlier this year she premiered an ivory sleeveless crepe dress by the Spanish designer during the State Visit to Argentina.
Queen Letizia highlighted the soft blue hue with navy accessories. She carried her custom Magrit 'Hawa' clutch, and on her feet were the Carolina Herrera suede sling back pumps.
She complemented the outfit with her Bvlgari diamond and aquamarine white gold hoop earrings.
Following the luncheon, Queen Letizia visited the Office of Technical Cooperation (OTC) for a tour of the facilities and a meeting.
The Queen of Spain arrived in Mozambique this evening ahead of a 2-day cooperation trip to the southern African nation.
The visit marks her fourth cooperation trip since becoming Queen consort - an initiative started by her mother-in-law, Doña Sofía in 1997. To date, Queen Letizia has made three trips of this kind, to Honduras and El Salvador in 2015, to Senegal in 2017, and to the Dominican Republic and Haiti in May 2018.
The purpose of the visit is to see first-hand the projects carried out by Spanish Cooperation in Mozambique. The Spanish Cooperation is the sum of all people, institutions, resources and skills that Spain offers to developing countries with the end goal of contributing to human development, the eradication of poverty and full access to rights.
Despite the long haul flight, Her Majesty looked fabulous in an all-blue ensemble. She disembarked wearing an indigo blue CH Carolina Herrera denim shirt dress from the designer's SS19 range (with thanks to @HeavenQRF on Twitter for the ID). The dress in cotton denim features a flared skirt, shirt collar, short sleeves and concealed button fastening. It is finished with a detachable matching belt.
Letizia teamed the dress with familiar Carolina Herrera accessories. She carried the navy 'Baret' flap clutch bag and on her feet she wore navy suede slingback pumps.
She finished the look with simple diamond stud earrings.
Queen Letizia was on hand this evening to present two Spanish children/youth literature awards, 'El Barco de Vapor' and 'Gran Angular'.
The annual awards in Madrid are organised by the SM Foundation whose goal is to promote youth-focused books and reading.
Her Majesty looked chic in black and white separates for the occasion.
She debuted the Hugo Boss 'Juxtiny' blazer (£399) - a tuxedo-inspired jacket crafted in a wool-blend. This single-breasted design is detailed with satin at the peak lapels and collar. This blazer is finished with fabric-covered buttons at the centre front and cuffs. The style also comes in black.
Underneath the blazer Queen Letizia wore a white satin lace-trimmed camisole, first seen during last year's State Visit to Peru.
She contrasted the white with a new pair of black silky trousers which I have not been able to identify.
We saw the return of the Bottega Veneta's iconic 'Knot' clutch and Manolo Blahnik 'Gotrianc' Slingbacks 105 heels.
Queen Letizia accessories with her modern circles link earrings which date back to 2008, and the Karen Hallam ring she debuted yesterday.
The King and Queen of Spain hosted a post-ceremony lunch of the 'Miguel de Cervantes' award on Wednesday.
Held at the Royal Palace of Madrid, the annual luncheon usually takes place on the eve of the award ceremony, but this year it coincided with Easter Sunday so it had to be pushed back. The lunch brings together authorities, academics, editors, critics, teachers, booksellers and writers to honor the award recipient.
Queen Letizia looked pretty in her custom Carolina Herrera peacock floral print dress.
You may recall Her Majesty debuted the frock in March at the London opening of the Sorolla exhibition.
Today, Queen Letizia teamed it with her navy Magrit 'Liz' suede clutch and Nina Ricci suede pumps.
We saw the return of the gold Tous linear dangle earrings which Letizia has worn on a number of occasions since she premiered them in October 2015.
The only new addition to the look today was a gold open oval shaped ring on Letizia's ring finger.
ID UPDATE (16 May 2019): The ring is a handmade piece by budget-jeweler Karen Hallam based in Madrid. It retails for €89 and is made from gold-plated sterling silver.
Today's sartorial decision to opt for a repeat is consistent with previous years. Here's a look back at Letizia's past looks for this annual luncheon since she become Queen consort.
The King and Queen of Spain attended the prestigious 'Miguel de Cervantes' Award ceremony on Tuesday.
The annual event is held at the University of Alcalá in the town of Alcalá de Henares - the birthplace of Spain's greatest writer, Miguel de Cervantes who is best known for his masterpiece, Don Quixote.
The award is one of the richest literary prizes in the world and is the most regarded literary awards in Spain and Latin America. It honours the lifetime achievement of an eminent writer in the Spanish language. This year, Their Majesties presented the Cervantes 2018 Prize to Uruguayan writer, Ida Vitale.
Queen Letizia looked elegant in her grey Carolina Herrera double-face ensemble for the esteemed event.
The coat and matching dress is from the designer's CH Carolina Herrera line and belongs to the Fall 2016 range.
This is the fifth occasion Her Majesty has worn the separates since their debut in November 2016 during the State Visit to Portugal.
Today's decision to opt for a sartorial repeat is consistent with previous attendances of the 'Miguel de Cervantes' Award ceremony. However, this year Queen Letizia did not wear a set by Felipe Varela as she did in the past.
She again paired the Carolina Herrera co-ordinating separates with snakeskin accessories. Today Letizia chose the custom Magrit studded snakeskin pumps and matching clutch bag, which she debuted in February 2018 at the National Sports Awards.
She finished the look with her dazzling diamond cascading earrings, first seen at the 2014 Prince of Asturias Awards.
The Spanish Royals kept up their family tradition of spending the Easter holiday on the Balearic island of Mallorca.
On Sunday, King Felipe, Queen Letizia and their daughters Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofia were joined by Felipe's mother, Queen Sofia for Easter Mass at the Palma de Mallorca Cathedral.
Her Majesty stepped out in a new navy floral print shirtdress by Massimo Dutti.
The dress is a deviation from her past looks for Easter Mass where she has favoured trousers or separates. Below is a gallery of Letizia's Easter Mass outfits since becoming queen.
On her feet she wore her Magrit 'Liza' blue suede pumps, and she offset the navy ensemble with her red Menbur 'Malva' leather clutch.
Letizia finished the feminine look with her Elena C 'mini butterflies' earrings.
The service is a private family affair and is not attended in an official capacity as Head of State.

The exhibition will be open to the public from April to November, and is dedicated to the figure of angels and their transcendence in the Christian faith.
Her Majesty spent time with the locals following the tour of the exhibition.
For today's trip to northern Spain, Queen Letizia wore a cream/camel double face wool coat which has been in her closet since at least 2005!
Below we see Letizia wearing it in February 2005 at Barajas Airport in Madrid before boarding a flight to Brazil for an official visit. The piece was not identified.
She complemented the dual-tone coat with her vanilla white Hugo Boss 'Banora' silk blouse (£169) and tan Hugo Boss 'Alantia' trousers.
Letizia harmonized the outfit with her trusty camel Hugo Boss block heel pumps.
She finished the look with her dainty diamond square halo earrings.

She arrived at the monastery carrying her black Hugo Boss 'Fanila' clutch, and on her feet were the Prada Saffiano print patent leather pointy toe pumps.

She was also on hand to deliver the Graduation Diplomas to the 7th promotion of the "Master in Graphic Design and Engraving" and the Tomás Francisco Prieto 2018 Award.
Queen Letizia brought back her Hugo Boss colorblock separates.
The colourful geometric ensemble features the BOSS 'Felisabeth' short-sleeve knit sweater with the coordinating BOSS 'Seplea' Colorblock Leather A-Line Skirt.
This is the fourth time Queen Letizia has publicly worn the separates since she debuted them in May 2018.
Like on the last occasion we saw this set, Letizia topped it with her camel Felipe Varela wool coat.
Today however, she swapped the Magrit 'Laura' pumps for her camel Hugo Boss block heel pumps.
The Gold & Roses 'Skyline' crawler earrings are Letizia's favorite choice with this outfit.
