The King and Queen of Spain along with the MAEC, the CEOE, the Spanish Chamber of Commerce and the Forum of Renowned Spanish Brands, attended the launch of 'Spain For Sure' campaign at Museo Nacional del Prado in Madrid.
The aim of the campaign is to remind the world that values such as effort, resilience, reliability and security remain and will continue to, despite the impact of the pandemic. Spain is a country that you can trust, a country that you can believe in, a safe country.
The campaign includes high profile Spaniards who higlight these values, among those are; Rafa Nadal, Pau Gasol, José Andrés, Isabel Coixet, Fernando Alonso, Ana Botín, María Blasco, Sara Baras, Ferrán Adriá, Andrés Iniesta, Edurne Pasabán, Valentín Fuster, the Roca brothers, Carolina Marín and Teresa Perales. The Museo Nacional del Prado was chosen for the presentation, as it is one of the internationally recognised symbols of Spanish culture.

The King and Queen of Spain visited the Matadero Madrid which will reopen its doors on the 15th of June following the COVID-19 lockdown.
The Matadero Madrid is located in the old slaughterhouse and cattle market of the city. It is an enclosure of great heritage and architectural value that hosts an extensive program around cinema, the performing arts, design, music, the world of books, and the visual arts. During the pandemic, a great effort was made to offer online programming in order to boost the center's social networks.
Their Majesties toured the different buildings that make up the cultural space.
Queen Letizia stepped out in a new Massimo Dutti V-Neck Dress with Belt (€79.95). The dark blue flared knit dress features an A-line fit, with a ribbed bodice, v-neck, and tie-up belt.
She also debuted a new pair of Carolina Herrera python slingbacks. Letizia owns this classic style in a number of fabrics and colourways.

The King and Queen of Spain continued video conferences today from their home at the Palace of Zarzuela.
Their Majesties held a video conference with senior officials of El Corte Inglés - the biggest department store group in Europe. The officials explained how better protection measures for customers and employees and the promotion of digital commerce for online sales are key to the future in adapting consumption after the pandemic.
King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia later held a video conference with representatives from the Taxi Sector which is made of 63,494 taxi license holders, of whom 98.3% are self-employed. During the pandemic there has been a drastic drop in mobility, taxies have largely been providing services to the elderly, doctors, nurses, and patients, often altruistically. FEDETAXI and ANTAXI estimate that it will take a long time for activity to return to relative normality. A decrease in traffic is expected in areas of demand such as airports, hotels, etc due to the collapse of national and international tourism, along with the possible cancellations of public events. In rural areas where taxi revenues are much lower the direct and indirect cost is expected to exceed the income or reduce the net return to insufficient levels.
Queen Letizia gave us a better look at the Hugo Boss 'Fysa' Blue Colorblock V-Neck Sweater of which we only got a glimpse of when she debuted it in April.
The tricolor superfine wool sweater flaunts a colorblock design with a V-neckline, long sleeves, and rib-knit neck, cuffs and hem.
