Today, Queen Letizia attended an audience with the Foundation Against Drug Addiction (FAD). You may recall that Her Majesty became honorary president of FAD in September, taking on the role from Queen Sofia who served as patron for nearly 30 years.
Queen Letizia opted to wear her Zara embroidered jacket (US$169) which she recently premiered at the Brand Ambassadors Awards.
Queen Letizia kept the rest of her outfit simple, wearing her Hugo Boss 'Taru' black trousers and black knit top which looks like it may be the BOSS Hugo Boss 'Fayna' cashmere sweater.
On her feet were the Magrit 'Mila' pumps in black leather. Letizia owns this style in many different colours and fabrics.

Today, King Felipe VI & Queen Letizia attended the funeral ceremony at the Canillas police complex in Madrid, honouring the late policemen Jorge Garcia Tudela and Isidro Gabino San Martin Hernandez killed during a Taliban attack near Spain's embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan three days ago.
With heavy hearts, Their Majesties offered their personal condolences to the families and colleagues of the deceased.
On this somber occasion, I do not feel it is appropriate to comment on Queen Letizia's outfit.
Today, King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia welcomed the board members of the Princess of Girona Foundation to the Royal Palace of Madrid for their annual meeting.
Prior to the commencement of the meeting, Their Majesties held a minute's silence as a mark of respect for the two Spanish police officers killed in the recent terrorist attack on the Spanish Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan.
Today's board meeting summarized the activities carried out by the Foundation during the course
of the year and outlined the action plan and budget for 2016.
There were no surprises when it came to Letitia's sartorial choice for today's engagement. She was repeated the Hugo Boss navy pant suit she debuted a few weeks ago for the Nutrigenomics seminar.
Under the blazer, Letizia wore a white collarless blouse, a repeat from the annual board meeting of the Princess of Asturias Foundation in June this year. The blouse is reportedly by Hugo Boss but I have been unable to locate it in their inventory. She has so many variations of this style it's hard to keep track! It looks very much like her BOSS 'Bedona' natural silk blouse but this top features a pleated placket and front yoke flaps.
Today, Letizia premiered a bespoke pair of blue reptile leather pumps from her go-to footwear designer, Magrit.
Queen Letzia finished the outfit with her TOUS cultured freshwater pearl drop earrings.
Tomorrow will be a somber day for the King and Queen and Spain when they attend the memorial service for the two Spanish police guards killed by a Taliban attack on the Spanish Embassy in Afghanistan last Friday night.

Tonight, the King and Queen of Spain attended the annual 'Mariano de Cavia', 'Luca de Tena' and 'Mingote' Journalism Awards gala dinner hosted by Spain's national newspaper, ABC.
Queen Letizia opted to repeat the Felipe Varela black jumpsuit she premiered a few months ago at the 2015 Princess of Asturias Awards. The wide-leg one piece features a cut-cut illusion halter neckline, trimmed with small black Swarovski crystals.
Tonight, she accessorized with bespoke pieces including her Magrit black suede platform peep-toe heels, Felipe Verela black velvet clutch and dazzling Yanes diamond chandelier earrings.
Here's a look back at Letizia's past attendances at this black-tie awards gala:

Today, Her Majesty the Queen of Spain met with the board of directors of the Spanish Federation of rare diseases (FEDER), of which she is honorary president.
Queen Letizia arrived at the Madrid-based headquarters of FEDER wearing her BOSS HUGO BOSS 'Cegina' wool/cashmere coat.
Once inside, she took it off to reveal a familiar ensemble consisting of black trousers and the Designers Remix Grid Check Top.
Today, Queen Letizia opted for monochromatic accessories which included her Cucareliquia 'Archy' handbag and Magrit 'Mila' black leather pumps.
She completed the outfit with her Links of London Hope Egg earrings, also a favorite of the Duchess of Cambridge.

King Felipe and Queen Letizia were in Seville today to attend the Gold Medals of Merit in Fine Arts ceremony at the Bellas Artes Museum.
Their Majesties delivered the awards which serve to recognize individuals and organizations that have made a significant contribution to the education, development, dissemination or preservation of the Fine Arts.
Queen Letizia opted for the simplicity of monochrome at today's Fine Arts awards. She recycled her mod-style black and white Felipe Varela ensemble.
The très chic outfit consists of a white wool shift dress with black leather trim and a black top coat.
Today was the ninth occasion Letizia had donned this timeless look since it's premier in November 2011:
She accessorized with familiar pieces:
Queen Letizia completed the outfit with a new pair of tear drop earrings. They have all the hallmarks of TOUS and are very similar to her moonstone drops from the Spanish jeweler.

Today, Queen Letizia delivered the 8th edition of the Justice and Disability Forum awards. The awards recognize individuals and institutions who defend the rights of persons with disabilities and their social integration.
Today's outfit was a repeat of the one she wore exactly a year ago during a State visit to Germany:
The ensemble consists of the Hugo Boss BOSS Fashion Show 'FS_Jesila' blazer and BOSS 'Vapina' Scribble-Print Skirt. The good news is that the 'Vapina' skirt is still available and heavily discounted at Nordstrom Rack.
Under the jacket she wore the BOSS 'Bedona' natural silk blouse.
I currently don't have access to high resolution photos, but I believe Queen Letizia wore a new pair of black suede pumps, which I think are the Magrit 'Mila' style.
She finished the look with her TOUS cultured freshwater pearl drop earrings.

In her role as Special Ambassador of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) for Nutrition, Queen Letizia attended a seminar on Nutrigenomics at the Superior Council for Scientific Research (CSIC). Nutrigenomics is a branch of nutritional genomics which studies of the effects of foods and food constituents on gene expression.
It was all business in the fashion department. Her Majesty opted for a signature professional style and debuted a navy blue pant suit.
You may be forgiven for thinking you've seen this ensemble before! Yes, it's very similar to other navy pant suits in her closet:
Today's suit consists of a single-button blazer with a curved hem and notched peak lapel.
After an extensive search, the closest match I could find is the Hugo Boss 'Jesilana' blazer, but I'm not completely satisfied that this is the same style because the pocket seams are different.
I am a little more confident that the pants are from Hugo Boss. The images below reveal a buckle detail at the side waist.
Based on this, they appear to be the Hugo Boss 'Tazotti' trousers.
The remaining outfit pieces are familiar. Under her jacket, Queen Letizia wore her Hugo Boss 'Banora' blouse (£189) which is available to buy from House of Fraser.
She accessorized with her Magrit 'Mila' pumps and Loewe Large Double Pouch, both in navy leather.
We saw the return of the Links of London Hope Egg earrings, also a favorite of the Duchess of Cambridge.
Tomorrow, Queen Letizia will deliver the Justice & Disability Forum awards.
