The recently established association aims to promote the presence of women in senior management and on boards of directors. Queen Letizia looked refined and professional in a recycled Hugo Boss aubergine skirt suit.
Queen Letizia has repeated the ensemble on a number of occasions.
The blazer was first worn by Letizia in January 2014 when she attended a meeting of the Spanish Federation of Blood Donors and then a couple weeks later when she visited the La Salle-college of Virgen del Mar in Almeria. On these occasions, Letizia paired the blazer with grey trouser pants.

That evening, Their Majesties presided over the annual Princess of Asturias awards ceremony held at the Campoamor Theater in Oviedo. They were joined on the blue carpet by King Felipe's mother, Queen Sofia.
Once inside the theater, Felipe and Letizia took their places at the head table to deliver the awards, while Sofia went to the Royal Box.
This event is one of the most anticipated on the Spanish royal calendar and we are always intrigued to see what Queen Letizia will wear to this annual gala. Tonight, she did not disappoint, premiering a tiered Felipe Varela number.
The bespoke dress is made from black silk cady fabric and features an asymmetric ruffled skirt with an ombre effect. The silhouette is reminiscent of a Spanish flamenco dress.
The dress in itself was remarkable, but Her Majesty's choice of jewelry topped it off! Tonight Queen Letizia wore a beautiful choker pearl necklace. Casa Real confirms the piece is NOT the Joyas de Pasar 37 pearl necklace, however they did not mention the provenance of this piece.
Here's a closer look at the back of the necklace.
Queen Letizia coordinated the pearl necklace with a pair of diamond and pearl earrings.
ID UPDATE - January 2019:
It's possible the stud earrings originate from the Prince Dimitri Polar Star earrings.
Prince Dimitri of Yugoslavia confirmed that the then-Prince Felipe had bought the earrings in 2004 from his store in New York when he visited the USA in October. Letizia first wore them publicly in 2007 to the 40th birthday reception for the then-Prince Prince Willem Alexander Of Holland. She again wore them for the 70th birthday celebration of King Juan Carlos in January 2008.
I have edited and inverted the stock image of the Polar Star earrings to show that they look like a match!
Rounding off Queen Letizia's impeccable ensemble were her Magrit 'Mila' black patent pointed toe pumps and a black satin clutch.
The King and Queen of Spain traveled to Oviedo to preside over the Princess of Asturias Awards 2015. Over the next few days, King Felipe and Queen Letizia will deliver a series of prizes to individuals, entities or companies from around the world who make notable achievements in the sciences, humanities, and public affairs.
The Foundation was established in 1980 by the then twelve-year-old Felipe, Prince of Asturias. The annual awards are presented in Oviedo, the capital of the Principality of Asturias. Since the accession of Felipe VI as King of Spain in June last year, it was announced that, beginning in 2015, the foundation and the awards are to be renamed as the Princess of Asturias Foundation in accordance with the new heir to the Spanish throne, Leonor, Princess of Asturias.
On arrival in Oviedo, Their Majesties went their separate ways. Queen Letizia attended the Francis Ford Coppola film forum in honor of the Princess of Asturias Award for the Arts 2015.
She listened intently as the director of "The Godfather" movies, Francis Ford Coppola was being interviewed.
Following the forum she joined her husband at the Prince Felipe Congress Hall Auditorium for an orchestral concert.
Queen Letizia dazzled this evening in a black jumpsuit by Felipe Varela. The wide-leg one piece featured a cut-cut illusion halter neckline, trimmed with small black Swarovski crystals.
She accessorized with a black beaded Felipe Varela clutch which she debuted in Paris last June and on her feet were the Magrit black suede peep-toe platform heels.
Queen Letizia's De Grisogono black and white diamond teardrop earrings perfectly complimented her outfit.
Tonight, Queen Letizia revived a silver cuff bracelet, which she premiered at a gala dinner with Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall in March 2011.
It is the Filigree Rosette bangle (£480) from the British firm of Spanish jeweler, Arabel Lebrusan. The "ethical" Rosette bracelet is adorned with a beautiful filigree motif handmade in Spain from recycled sterling silver.

Queen Letizia, Special Ambassador of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), was in Milan today to attended the official ceremony of World Food Day. The event was organized by the FAO in celebration of its 70th anniversary.
On arrival at the auditorium of the Expo Milano 2015, Her Majesty was received by the President of Italy, Sergio Matarella; Secretary General of the United Nations, Ban Ki-Moon and his wife, Yoo Soon-Taek.
Milan is synonymous with fashion, and today Queen Letizia did not disappoint. She looked ravishing in a red Carolina Herrera stretch-wool peplum dress.
The piece is a new addition to Queen Letizia's closet and it shares similarities with this ready-to-wear number from the Venezuelan-born designer.
She coordinated the dress with a new red python clutch bag, also by Carolina Herrera. The 'Maysa' bag is from the Spring/Summer 2015 'Samba' collection.
We also got a glimpse of new gold long shell chain earrings. They are by her go-to jewelery brand, TOUS.

Today, Queen Letizia presided over the opening of the tenth edition of the International Seminar on Language and Journalism in San Millan. The former journalist was in her element during the colloquium.
However, this was not the only thing to mark its 10th edition. Today, Queen Letizia repeated an outfit she has has now worn 10 times since it's debut in February 2012.
There are subtle variations between each occasion Letizia has donned this ensemble, but the core outfit consists of her Uterqüe multi-coloured tweed jacket, black straight leg trouser pants and a pink blouse.
It can sometimes be difficult to identify the countless black trouser pants worn by Letizia, but today we can clearly see she wore the Hugo Boss 'Taru' style.
While I can't confirm for certain, her recycled top may be the HUGO Hugo Boss 'Catoni' blouse (£149).
Upon arrival, Queen Letizia wore her Hugo Boss 'Capina' cape which she debuted last week in Germany. It is currently available at Hugo Boss (US) and Harrod's.
On her feet were the Magrit 'Mila' black leather pumps, a style she owns in a few different colourways.
Finishing off today's outfit were the Chanel Comète earrings.

Queen Letizia opted for tonal blue accessories. She wore midnight blue patent pumps from Magrit, carried her Felipe Varela ocean blue leather clutch with Swarovski crystals, and completed the outfit with her Bvlgari aquamarine teardrop earrings.
