The Queen of Spain jetted off to Geneva today to meet with the new Director-General of the World Health Organization, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus.
For her day in Switzerland, Queen Letizia brought back the garnet red Burberry Buckle Detail Satin-back Crepe Trench Dress, a piece she premiered on the first day of the State Visit to the United Kingdom in July.
Letizia opted for a monochrome look and accessorized with her Lodi 'Debra' bordeaux patent heels and a "new" red Reliquiae 'Archy' clutch bag (€530).
The current 'Archy' models feature an embossed logo on the bottom right hand corner rather than the gold hardware logo. I suspect Letizia has had this clutch in her closet for a couple of years and bought it at the same time as the black one.
On arrival at the WHO headquarters, Letizia wrapped up in her Carolina Herrera double-face wool coat.
Letizia carried a pair of sunglasses which appear to be by Carolina Herrera.
She finished the ensemble with her cabochon garnet dangle earrings.

I wasn't so sure about this dress when it was debuted in London but I like it loads more this time. I don't think of Letizia as much of a fan of shirtwaisters, but she wears this one with her usual fashion aplomb.
