Under the blazer, Letizia wore a white collarless blouse, a repeat from the annual board meeting of the Princess of Asturias Foundation in June this year. The blouse is reportedly by Hugo Boss but I have been unable to locate it in their inventory. She has so many variations of this style it's hard to keep track! It looks very much like her BOSS 'Bedona' natural silk blouse but this top features a pleated placket and front yoke flaps.
