Their Majesties visited the National Paraplegics Hospital in Toledo to mark the 40th anniversary of the center which was opened by Felipe's parents, King Juan Carlos and Queen Sofia On 7th October, 1974. Today, King Felipe & Queen Letizia unveiled a plaque at the rehabilitation hospital to commemorate the anniversary. Their Majesties were given a tour of the facilities and witnessed how sport can be used in the rehabilitation process. The King and Queen of Spain were eager to play along with some of the patients and they showed their competitive side in a game of foosball and table tennis. The Queen donned a familiar ensemble, wearing her navy Hugo Boss pant suit paired with her Carolina Herrera fuchsia pink geo pattern silk blouse. The wool suit consists of the Hugo Boss 'Jetala' blazer and matching 'Taru' trouser (shown in grey below). Her Majesty premiered the outfit in October 2014 at the 25th Anniversary Ceremony of the Spanish National Transplant Organization. Today, Letizia changed up the look, wearing her black leather platform boots which are reportedly by by Hugo Boss. To date I have not found any high resolution photos of the ankle boots, but these booties from Hugo Boss could be the style she is wearing. There was a new addition to her outfit. Today she wore the Alexandra Platas fuchsia agate 'Blooming Light' earrings (€54.00). The earrings feature hammered sterling silver hoops with faceted fuchsia agates which can be removed or interchanged with other stones from the collection. Letizia also owns the pink quartz and blue tourmaline stones from the 'Blooming Light' collection. On Thursday, Queen Letizia will visit the sparkling wine producer, Freixenet in celebration of its centennial year. SHOP QUEEN LETIZIA'S STYLE FOR LESS ...
