Queen Letizia recycled a Felipe Varela separates outfit. It consists of a red jacket with scallop edges and a matching pencil skirt.
The skirt suit dates back to 2009 and Letizia has worn it on a number of occasions:
Today we saw the return of the Carolina Herrera 'Maysa' clutch bag and long tear-drop earrings which she premiered last Friday during her visit to Milan for World Food Day.
The brand of the earrings were a mystery but today TOUS confirmed that the earrings are from their upcoming Spring/Summer 2016 collection.
On her feet were the Prada nude pointy-toe patent pumps (US$650).

Looks like she's letting her hair grow back out. I liked the new hairdo but think she looks younger with longer hair.

I loke her hair shorter as well. Saw her here in St. Augustine in Sept. I think the shorter length really dets off an already beautiful face.
