On Saturday, King Felipe and Queen Letizia officiated a ceremony in which Princess Leonor and her fellow Cadets pledged their allegiance to the Flag at the General Military Academy in Zaragoza.

I think this is a very fresh, summery look, although perhaps a little informal for the event. Nice handbag and shoes.

I am not a fan of this dress, but the Queen wears it well. The design, tiers are a no for this particular dress. The Kitten heel shoes look good as do the earrings, very pretty.

There's little about this dress I personally like - the colour, the pattern, the tiered skirt - but I feel it's inappropriate to complain about a woman I admire so much. Letizia has dressed more than appropriately for the occasion and I have no idea how anyone functions under the constant pressure of royal life.

I don't like the heavy black of the accessories against the pale blue, but remain a big fan of those Herrera slingbacks. I do at least love the new earrings which are fully regal for this big parade. Such a proud day for the Royal couple to see their eldest daughter formally pledge her allegiance
